If the package looks like it might have been opened, has been opened, has a tear or any SERIOUS damage to the package, but the item inside is complete and in pristine condition, it is listed as new open box. This is of course after testing and cleaning to ensure the item is both functional and sanitary upon arrival. If an item looks to have been used it is thoroughly tested and cleaned and listed as used. If an item is damaged and can easily be repaired, it is repaired then thoroughly tested and cleaned and listed as seller refurbished. All others are listed as parts and repair lots or simply thrown away. Since these items are purchased from liquidation lots, and I am not the manufacturer of this product, I can’t say the manufacturer will honor any warranty info that may or may not be included with the item.
