This little bagpiper is sweetly hand painted and dates from the late 1920's He carries the bold, dark blue HenRiot Quimper 142 mark, which was used right after the mark changed from HR to HenRiot in 1923. He is in mint condition and has an appealing gentil demeanor. Quimper figurines add a lovely, three dimensional aspect to any Quimper collection.
