Made in opaque white opaline milk glass. The names of the suggested contents in French are printed on the fronts sides in a reddish brown leafy scroll and scallop design. I believe they are from the 1950s to 70s but they are styled to look older. We have:Riz - RiceThé - TeaChicoree - ChicoryFarine - FlourSucre - SugarCafé - Coffee They look really wonderful lined up together on a shelf or dresser, oozing with French charm. They would make a marvellous display in any kitchen, especially if you have a french style vintage or shabby chic theme. They may also be a great prop for a TV, film or theatre production. In EXCELLENT vintage condition with no cracks or chips. The only sign of age is some slight variation in the reddish brown colour. They are clean and perfectly useable.
