Description: I continue to downsize my vintage sewing stuff. This lovely thread spool holder is aluminum and PINK! Glorious. I am including 3 spools of thread. One marked Belding Bros., one Marked Belding Hemingway, and the last Belding Corticelli (no thread on this one). I chose these three because they illustrate the history of this company. From the belding library website: "Belding Brothers & Company merged with Heminway Silk Company in 1925 and did business as Belding-Heminway. Soon after, the company was acquired by Corticelli Silk Company and did business as Belding-Heminway-Corticelli. The last mill in Belding closed in 1932."
