Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, there is some slight color change under where the arm covers were. Please see photos and zoom in for details and see long description as they are part of the condition report. This is a marvelous, modified Lawson style sofa wearing its gorgeous original off-white or oatmeal base color fabric with beige and yellow stripes splashed with lovely little black flecks, and it has arm covers. It has swoop down arms; hence, “modified” Lawson style and holds three loose back cushions and three loose seat cushions all zippered and filled with Poly wrapped feather down and the seat cushions have inner springs! Talk about Luxurious!!! The base skirt covers four square tapered wood legs with a lovely double horizontal groove design. Just a thought…If you simply remove the skirt it would give the sofa a bit more of a Modern look and it would show off those incredible legs! Bow-chick-a-wow-wow!! LOL… It will be stunning in your living room in front of a fabulous coffee table or in the study flanking the fireplace. And although it is Mid-Century Modern it could be very Traditional all around and blend beautifully with almost ANY décor style you can imagine!!
