Description: Mid Century 1950-1963 Bischoff #373 11 3/4"h decanter in rare wisteria/neodymium glass, missing it's original flame stopper. This decanter will turn seemingly every color imaginable -- from lavender pink to smoky gray to pale gray to coke bottle green to neon orange -- depending on the light source. See photos above. Very good condition with no chips, cracks or interior cloudiness. Has an unusual manufacturing flaw as-made: The applied handled did not fully adhere at upper join with body. No cracks at the joint (see 8th-11th photos), but you can feel a slight give under gentle pressure. Likely needs a drop of glue for long-term safety, but I leave that to buyer's discretion.
