Description: Mid Century GAETANO SCIOLARI Brass & Lucite Cylinder Rod LIGHTOLIER Chandelier A stunning mid century chandelier attributed to Gaetano Sciolari. There are no visible labels remaining. The light fixture is done in brass tone metal and features cylinder rods done in a clear lucite/acrylic. The fixture features two tiers of hanging hooks from which the rods are hung. Most top tier hooks take 2 rods each, except for 4 hooks at the cross intersection that only take 1 rod. The lower tier hooks all take one rod. There are 75 rods total intact however the fixture only takes 74 so there is one extra in case a replacement is needed. There are 5 individual light bulb sockets, 4 around the central fixture and 1 at the bottom. All sockets are fully functional and the light is currently wired for a ceiling mount with the ceiling mount fixture intact. Condition is listed as very good plus with only minor notes of age and a mild patina to the brass hardware. There is no overt damage, no cracks to the rods, no missing components, and the light is fully functional. This is such a great opportunity to snag a unique fixture.
