Description: MID-CENTURY ELLGREAVE IRONSTONE FLORAL TEAPOT WOOD & SONS ENGLAND This is a lovely Vintage mid-century Ironstone Teapot made in England by Ellgreave a division of Wood and Sons. Teapot is done in a white glaze color and features a colorful floral design with gold trim and accents on the handle, spout, rim, and bottom base. The bottom of the teapot is marked, in the ironstone, 'Ellgreave England', and numbered in gold which unfortunately I cannot make out.. This beautiful Vintage Ellgreave Teapot is in very good condition, no chips, cracks, repairs, or scratches, but there is some minor crazing. There is a tiny chip on the bottom rim of the lid. Wonderful vivid blue lavender floral colors, This English Teapot would make a nice addition to your Teapot Collection. Look closely at pictures. Tre Bi Size ... it measures approximately 8.5" from the tip of spout to the handle edge, about 6.5" high with lid on. This item is shipped to the U.S. only. No International shipping.
