These are external and I’d allow an inch for internal measurements and a few more for the ease of the person wearing it. 48" around the underarms, 37” around the waist, 25” long nape to hem including about 4.5” wide waistband. 21” from one shoulder seam to the other across the back, sleeves are almost 23” long from top of the shoulder to edge of wrist cuff. 9” around cuff when snapped.
