Description: Up for sale is this cool Mexican tranchete knife. It measures 6 1/2" long and has a wood handle. The blade is etched with a design along one side and there is an animal head at the end of the handle. These "saga tripas" knives are supposed to fold, but I was not able to fold it, I didn't want to handle it too much. It is in good vintage (Mid Century) condition with wear appropriate for age. Most of the items I offer are bought on the secondary market, and therefore I do not know the history behind them. I strive to purchase and sell only quality items and once they are brought onto my space, they are stored in a smoke free environment. I will do my best to describe each item, along with any major or minor flaws. Sometimes, I will miss something, so please review all the pictures and read the whole listing before bidding. If you see something or have any questions, please contact me before bidding.
