Red, White, Black striped band around it with a square metal pin with a rabbit on it, see last photo. Hat is 100% Paper. Inside in center of hat, it reads: peter Grimm, 1963, Follow The Rabbit, True Character, Peter Grimm Com. Nice band inside the hat to give a nice fit.
