Description: Vintage hand painted bisque porcelain music box made by Waco in 1994 modeled by Seiji Nakine, Japan. When working the music it plays is “Memories" and his head moves to the music! It is Battery Operated (3-AA - not included) with an on-off switch and volume control. Willie comes with his original box (which shows its age), foam packing insert, and papers. Figurine is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, unfortunately the music and movement do not work (see photos of battery compartment).
