Description: You are bidding on a beautiful white porcelain, cobalt, and gold cup and saucer set from the world famous Meissen porcelain factory. This set is the original release from 1815-1850s. The later releases were a smaller size and typically included the floral decorations. The rim of the cup and saucer shows no issues. Yes most of the gold has been worn away and there are foot chips (pictured) but for almost being 300 years old this set is still in very impressive condition. Since this set is not perfect, I'm pricing it accordingly (similar perfect condition examples are selling for $2,500+) These pieces measure as pictured. Good luck!!!
