This is used and has not been calibrated since 5/31/2016, but works great. This comes with the leads, power cord, manual and a carrying case. It was tested and the voltage out on the 500 & 1000V ranges measured with a Voltmeter as correct. These old analog scale meters with internal generators work great on moist motors and circuits in industrial environments that need more power to test. Plus this one can run on 120VAC or by the hand crank when no power is available. Old school has the advantage of not having to recharge and replace bad batteries.
