I don’t think it’s broken cause it moves the wings but it doesn’t want to lock. Neck wants to droop now and needs tightening/adjustment. Good project dragon or donor for parts. Certainly one of the coolest beast wars transformers that was ever made. Sold as pictured. Ships fast and well packed in a sturdy cardboard box with extra packing. Thanks for looking.
