I purchased it and had it on my brother’s nightstand where it went unused for just over a year. This comes with medallion, charging base, wires, power adapter, cord to wear around neck, and instruction manual. It is just like new but notice that there is a little glue spot on the gray button on the medallion – that is because I had glued a larger button on top of the little button because of my brother’s poor eyesight. I’ve removed the larger button and it just left a little glue residue. Works perfect and I am continuing to keep the battery charged to keep it fresh. Please see photos.
