The image is 9"wide x 7 3/4"high. It is neither matted nor framed but it is signed. The signature of the artist doesn't show on this photo but the artist checked and they all are signed. The artist is Mimi Davis. She spends a good part of her day doing sports and Meb is one of her favorites! MEB has one of my paintings of him winning the New York Marathon and he returned another one back to me with his autograph. Such a great person and athlete.. Mimi has been selling her work on eBay since 2009.
