Description: This is a true vintage Black Panther lamp from the 1950s. The lamp features a novelty design with a luster glazed finish and is made of chalkware material. The panther lamp has a white cord color and measures 11" in height to the top of the hardware and 5.25" in height to the top Of his head and about 5" in width. The lamp is an original piece and has a luster glaze. It is an electric power source lamp and has a vintage style. The lamp is in good condition and is a great addition to any collection. I just can’t get a read in this one! Ugly? Cool? Funny? Vintage vibe? It has been around a while but really shows little signs of age with the exception of the cord. Yellowed and a bit brittle. I did not test the lamp as the on off toggle is bare metal on one side. The price reflects it not being tested and accounts for the paint scuff on his nose. I’d love someone to take him and give it an up cycle! I pack and ship same or next day, always! Please look at pictures carefully for imperfections or things that make you go, hmm.
