The box has shelf wear on the corners/edges, there are tape remnants on the back right and left edges along with some small tears in the cover paper there. The unit looks and works great. It does not have printed instructions, but the information on the back of the box shows how to play. The box states it is for ages 8 plus, due to the metal ball.
