IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO FIX THE CLEANER AND WANT THE CLEANER BACK THERE IS A MINIMUM $75 DOLLAR BENCH FEE PLUS RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE FOR ARE INSPECTION OF THE MACHINE. 3.) IF YOU DONT WANT TO FIX THE CLEANER AND DO NOT WANT IT BACK AND TELL US TO THROW OUT THE CLEANER THEN THERE IS NO FURTHER CHARGES. Once we receive your pool cleaner, we will test it out, diagnose it and write up an estimate. We will then call you and discuss the estimate. You are responsible for the return shipping of your repaired or un-repaired cleaner. If you do not want the cleaner repaired and do not want it back, we can talk about purchasing a new pool cleaner.
