Fine condition. In the book the picture is produced as double-page spreads divided in the middle and printed on two separate pages with a center crease, here the picture is printed for the first time on a single sheet of white wove paper. Boldly signed by Maurice Sendak in the lower right corner as “Maurice Sendak”, the artwork was rendered in highly vibrant saturated colors.A handsome signed poster of an iconic image.
