No matchless Star is sold in this auction! You are purchasing one rebulbing service for a 1930s Matchless Star (Wonder-Star) 900 & 880 series Christmas llght. These are the large 3-1/8" diameter stars as identified in the photos. The 900 series (also boxed as series 880 medium base) were the #960 (910) C-9, E-17, intermediate brass screw base or the #950 (900) series C-15, E-26, medium brass screw base. I can do either. Want the base converted? I can do that also at the time of bulb connection. Your Matchless Star will receive a new incandescent 110-120 volt 15-watt replacement bulb similar to the one installed at the factory. All work has handcrafted soldered connections. No LEDs lamps are used. Once you purchase the service, I will contact you with the my address in which you will send me your Matchless Star brown base with the brass bottom. Only original brown bakelite bases inscripted with "MATCHLESS MADE IN U. S. A. PAT. PENDING" will be re-bulbed. No Illumibrite or other reproduction bases will be rebulbed. You can send me the whole star or the brown base with the crystals removed. Turn around time is three days from when I receive your base. You are responsible for the shipping to my house.
