When the flag, on the right side, is lowered the flames rise up above the bell. When the fire hydrant, on the front, lower right, is pressed the flames are lowered. Garage door does go up when the fire shield, on top, is turned. This looks very good with no broken pieces. Measures 9 1/2 inches long by 3 3/4 inches deep by 8 3/4 inches tall.
