I also do not see any writing or highlighting. The pages are bright white and clean. The pictures that I show are the actual copy that you will receive. This came from a clean non-smoking estate. We try to offer free shipping but if we cannot we try to keep our shipping as reasonable as possible. For heavy items, we utilize UPS or FEDEX. This will be shipped either FEDEX GROUND or USPS PRIORITY depending on what is better cost-wise. We do use the most competitive means of shipping value and speed of shipping depending on where you are located. Shipping address will be the address you have in the system.
