Book is in good condition, considering the age of book. It does have some moisture marks on a few pages as seen in photographs, part of the binding has pulled loose from the pages, there are some creased pages in the corners, pages 81 thru 84 are torn, one section is missing from page 83/84. I did not observe any writing in the book. Book measures 10.0" x 7.5" x 1.0" and contains 399 pages. Book has been packed away for many years and stored in a climate controlled and smoke free home.
