This frameset is a modern reproduction of one of Masi's most iconic frames. This frame is made from a Columbus Spirit tubeset; some of the most high end, lightweight steel tubing available from Columbus. HistoryMasi has been a staple of the racing world since its inception. Faliero Masi was a racer turned framebuilder. His time in the racing scene gave him an eye for what the pro's wanted out of their frames. He would go on to work with some of the biggest icons of cycling, Merckx, Anquetil, Coppi to name a few. He earned the nickname "The Tailor" from his meticulous aproach to bike sizing. Masi's workshop is located beneath the Vigorelli velodrome in Milan, Italy. The workshop is living museum of cycling history.
