Description: This is an original vintage Ma's Old Fashion Beverage Thermometer Wall Sign. It's in near mint condition with a few minor scuffs on the edge and a few minor scratches (no paint damage). The overall condition is fabulous! Although intended for outdoor use, this sign has never been hung outdoors and never exposed to water. There is no rust or dents anywhere on it. The temperature gauge works 100%. Its made of all enamel painted metal with a glass thermometer. All the paint is original. The sign is vintage from the 1960's and boasts the original logo and designs of the Ma's Old Fashion Beverage Company from Wilkes-Barre, PA, best known for its root beer and assorted soda flavors. "The Kind That Mother Used To Make" and "Ma Knows Best" are the company's famous slogans printed on the sign, along with its original 12 oz. glass returnable bottle used for production of its assorted flavor carbonated beverages.. The sign measures 16"H x 6"W x 5/8"H. The once famous and now out of business soda company still demands a high value for its memorabilia to collectors everywhere.
