Marx O scale tin windup toy train #3000 freight set 1938 look old rare!!

Description: Up for bids is an old Marx windup freight set from 1938 its a one year only set. This set features one of the hardest marx engines to find the windup #3000 from this specific set. The engine has its factory weight in the motor mount area as it should. Has a lot of missing paint and its not been redone and does still run. It runs really fast so im guessing some oil got in the governor so it will need to be cleaned out with electrical cleaner or something to get rid of the oil in the governor.. The brake lever is loose and the rivet that holds that lever in place is loose. The tender is the while rivet tender, it does have some dents and dings and all the other freight cars are basic cars minus the truck carrier car. That car was only offered in this configuration in this set only. This car and the whole set has tab and slot couplers but they also move in and out. The car with the clip is usually seen with riveted couplers but this one has the original tab and slot sliding type couplers. The truck is missing its front wheels and axle. Please see all pics ive always left it original but it would be a good restoration project if you were wanting to do that. The set is not mint by any means but it does exist and I did really want to keep it all original. Please see all pics its being sold as is where is please.
