As you can see in the pictures, I strongly believe this is meant to be an airplane/helicopter with air-blades/wings; therefore is missing parts. While the wind-up mechanism does wind, the toy needs a push to get it moving - but after pushed, it moves via the wind-up mechanism. The toy measures about 10 & 3/8th inches long, about 4 & 1/4th inches tall (wheels to top of tail), about 2 & 5/8th inches wide at wheels and about 1 & 3/4th inches wide at body.
