From Mark, “I had the idea for this recording while I was thinking about the gifts that Christine gave us…I wanted to create a tribute to Christine that would always remind me, and hopefully you as well, of the gifts we receive from God…In part, Christmas is really about giving and receiving gifts: not necessarily just material things, but also spiritual. Christmas means more to me today than it did before April 2003: for me, this really is Christine’s Christmas.”This recording began what became a nineteen-year journey through which Christine’s Christmas concert events raised more than 1.6 million dollars for Central Ohio children’s charities through the Christine Wilson Foundation.
