CGC Video Games gave this a grade of 7.0 A+ with details on the back of the label stating 'Tear in Box' Details: The grade is also completely off base on this one. It's a very clean copy, outside of the small push in on the back of the box in photo three. I would put this around an 8.0-8.5. No ripped plastic, small indent, but I guess it's a "tear".
