Teddybar designed by Margarete Steiff's young nephew, Richard Steiff.This Geingen-Brenz 12" grayish-white teddy is a growler and makes sound when tilted.He is signed on bottom of paws by a Steiff family member with date 1983.On his white ear tag he is numbered 150/32 and 50% cotton/50% mohair Made in Western Germany.The clear vinyl plastic box lid has the original German toy store price tag on it. This clear lid is torn and split at corners, not good condition. Otherwise bottom of box is very good.Bear in mint condition.
