This porcelain tea pot was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1774. It is marked with Meissen crossed swords and the star. The pot measures 7 inches from the handle to the spout and is 4 1/4 inches high. The body of the pot has molded ribs. It is hand painted with a Kakiemon style design of a flowering tree.
