The Playbill is dated April, 1974, and is for "Marcel Marceau" playing at the Shubert Theatre, in Boston, Massachusetts, and featuring Marcel Marceau and his partner Pierre Verry. The playbill is inscribed and signed on the front cover by Marcel Marceau, with the inscription reading: "To Michel, (unclear), Bip, Marcel Marceau, '74" along with a flower flourish. Bip the Clown was his famous stage persona, and he is often seen with a flower at the top of his hat.
