Description: Artist Natallia TSAPUK was born in city of Vitebsk in 1991. They say talent runs in families. As the great-granddaughter of Isaak Zeldin, the student of Yehuda Pen and friend of legendary artist Marc Chagal, becoming a painter was more destiny than choice. I fell in love with painting at the tender age of five. By 17, I was committed; I had graduated from both Maladik Art Studio and Vitepsk Fine Art School. By 2009, I was enrolled in college at the Department of Interior Space Planning. The same year, I was offered a position at The Art of Chocolate as a top tier chocolate painter. My work was successful; the various authors and art pieces I painted in chocolate were showcased all over Europe, including in Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia. In 2018, my work was exhibited in the home of the famous Russian painter Ilya Repin. For my next exhibition, I will be going back to my roots. Since I was little, my grandmother has told me stories of how my grandfather and Marc Chagal discussed different brushes and strokes for hours on end. I cannot wait to work on my next paintings, inspired by Marc Chagal. Marc Chagall unconditional love for his wife Bella and city Vitebsk where he was born and met his love Bella carried through all his life and they appears on multiple of his painting.
