Combined shipping savings will vary with larger, or heavier items. I take a number of things into consideration when grading items, including wheel condition, paint chips and luster, broken or missing parts, and age. I do my best, but its not a science. Most items I sell will be graded as follows: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, and Poor. Items that are out of package, but essentially never used are typically considered Near Mint. Unused items that have been kept in their original package are considered Mint, although the package itself may show wear. Mint, or Near Mint, does not mean perfect. Many cars have small defects from the manufacturer.
