Description: The Lamborghini Murcielago is a sports car built by the Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini from 2001 to 2010. The successor to the Diablo and flagship V12 of the automaker's lineup, the Murciélago was introduced as a coupé in 2001. The car was first available in North America for the 2002 model year. The Murciélago was Lamborghini's first new design in eleven years and was also the brand's first new model under the ownership of German parent company Audi, which is owned by Volkswagen. A roadster variant was introduced in 2003, followed by the more powerful and updated LP 640 coupé. The Murciélago is an all-wheel drive, mid-engine sports car. With an angular design and a low-slung body, the highest point of the roof is just under 4 feet (1.2 m) above the ground. One of the vehicle's most distinguishing features is its scissor doors, a hallmark feature of flagship Lamborghini models since the Countach. This model by Maisto features opening doors to reveal the details such as the gauges and the workable steering wheels moves the adjustable from wheels, the front hood opens to reveal the storage area while the rear boot opens to reveal the engine compartment to show off all of the details. Inspection revealed: this model is in great condition however the previous owner displayed without a cover so may need additional cleaning. Most listings DO NOT come with an original box (if there is an original box there will be a photo included), but great care will be taken to wrap your item to protect it in shipping. We take special car to wrap our items in bubble wrap/shipping paper and shrink wrap to ensure safety in travel. We ship primarily with USPS Priority Mail within 2 days of auction win (we do not ship on the weekend or holidays). We cannot assume responsibility for what happens during shipping, but we do ship with liability coverage just in case there is an issue during shipping.
