The packs are new and factory sealed. These were purchased from a big-box store in four-pack retail sets intended for two-player use. The contents were removed from the plastic retail blister packs and placed in plastic bags for easier storage and transport. We bought four of these sets to take with us on vacation and played with only one set. Three item quantities are available at the time of this listing. Each bag contains four sealed Jumpstart packs and the corresponding paper insert that describes how to get a Jumpstart game going. [Players each take two of the 20-card half-deck packs, shuffle them together to make two 40-card decks, and play the game against each other.] All lands needed to play the game are included in the packs. The paper insert varies in condition from wrinkled to slightly torn. The packs are new and factory sealed. The theme and content of each pack is unknown.
