Description: One Mafex comic wolverine! See photos. Mask looks like it has a mark on it, unsure if paint or a flake of some kind that can just be wiped off. Regardless, check pictures please. Terms and fun stuff: All figures are being sold as-is. For new items, I am not a retailer equipped to provide product support, and as such I cannot send out replacement parts or new figures. Additionally, once opened, the exact reason for the defect cannot have an identified source (eg factory or human error). I inspect all items best I can through the packaging if possible and document what appears to be problem areas if any. For used items, I picture everything the figure comes with, including the box if applicable. I also list anything wrong with the figure, such as looseness. In the event you are concerned about anything, whether it be more pics or a video, please contact me and we can arrange to have more info sent to you. Once a purchase is made, you agree to accept any and all flaws with the figure. As such, I am not equipped for returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind and do not offer them. Note with boxes that some of these figures have been shipped internationally, initially shipped/merched at a store in less than stellar conditions, and/or have been stored for an extended amount of time. Please understand I will picture the box and any area which best captures the overall condition of the box. Assume all figures have at the minimum slight tattering at the edges, slightly creased flaps, and small dents of some kind. If absolute mint boxes are your thing, these listings may not be for you. Furthermore, I overly described everything similar to Japanese retailers, meaning if theres a rip in the box thats small, I will still mention its damaged despite it really not mattering at all for the average collector. FAQ: Are you pet/smoke free? Smoke free yes, but not pet. Sorry, but please understand a stray hair or few may make it into the box or package. Do you offer exchanges? Sadly, I am not equipped. See the terms for an explanation. Do you price match? In most cases I check the going rates on ebay, facebook groups, Japanese secondhand sites, etc, etc to reach a fair price. That said, sometimes I get things wrong and am willing to come down. However, please be courteous when asking for a lower price when seen elsewhere. I will ignore rude comments and messages entirely and block you. What security is there in the event my order is damaged? First, if you are worried about your purchase, lets arrange for insurance. That said priority mail includes at least $50 insurance, and I always record the entire packaging process until the last piece of tape, sans the label in some cases, is on the box. Should you wish for this video, let me know and I can arrange for this to be sent to you. I am an MISB collector, can you accommodate me? Please note the intention for this sale is to sell the item. Of course, I will send pictures of the box. Due to the nature of shipping, I cannot guarantee that an item's box will not get dinged in transit regardless of my efforts. In the event this happens and the box gets damaged, we can arrange for an insurance claim if there is insurance on the product. Otherwise, if you are not confident, please purchase elsewhere. Are all pamphlets/leaflets and instructions included? What about accessories? If the item is new, note it has not been expected and it is assumed to come with everything. If something is missing, please reach out to them for further assistance. If the item is used, please examine the pictures carefully as that is what the item will come with, and that is all. If it is not in the pictures, please assume the item does not come with it. SHould you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! There was an issue with shipping and it has to be sent out again. What can be done? In most cases, I use the address to automatically print off shipping labels which is provided to me by ebay at the time of checkout which you entered, either by autofill or manual. The only time this is not done is when there is something which needs to be shipped by plain white envelope (PWE) for a TCG card which I then handwrite. In the event there is an error caused by me, I will be more than happy to work with you and USPS other shipping service to resolve the issue. In the event there is an issue with the address which was provided to ebay by you and the package was returned to sender or other issue, I am happy to relist the item and refund the appropriate item cost to you to make the purchase again to reship the item. Costs of shipping will not be refunded, and in the event the item had free shipping, the cost of the original shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount. Can I get more pictures or video? Absolutely! Do note in most cases Im taking pictures with a DSLR 18 megapixel camera, so anything youre seeing might not be different in the photos Ill send to you, but regardless I want you to be confident in your purchase. When do you ship? Within 1-3 business days of purchase. Due to my schedule, I may have to take extra time and cannot ship immediately after purchase. Do you cancel orders? I generally do not. However, note I do not ship internationally, and if I suspect the account purchasing the item is a forwarding service (such as the address I am sending to (eg. California) and the address on the profile (eg. Mexico) do not match, or the username is known to be a forwarding service) I will cancel the order no questions asked and forward this along to the ebay team. If I suspect/know you are evading a block on my account or other reason (you are using another account to purchase my item because otherwise you should not be able to) I will cancel the order and report you to the ebay team.
