Booklet is in good condition with light wear, as well as 2 small pressure marks on front near the opening, one pressure mark on back from cd cover teeth and a light crease near the opening on back. Cd is in good condition with some light-moderate scratches on bottom surface in several spots. Tested/plays great on older videogame console.
