Description: This listing is for ONE Brand New Nichia M140 M-Type Japan 445nm 2+ Watt 5.6mm Laser Diode mounted in 12mm x 30mm Metal Housing Module w/ 3-Element Glass Lens, w/ 22AWG Silicone Leads. The diodes are meticulously extracted from a new laser diode array. A constant current driver of 1.8 Amps or less must be used to power the diode. Do not connect directly to battery or unregulated power supply! Be sure no dust, residue or other material is obstructing the diode window or lens. Each diode is tested for functionality before shipping. I normally ship the same day or before the next available pick-up is available. Once your order is placed it will go out right away because I don't want you to have to wait any longer than you have to. Most orders are delivered within 3 business days in the continental US. International orders take longer of course but they have been getting delivered fairly quickly.
