To me, this Max Mara Coat is gorgeous and is in what I call excellent preowned condition. Gently worn/light wear and well taken care of. I see no holes, stains, snags, signs or serious wear or repair, EXCEPT the seam inside at the top of the back vent/slit needs stitching if you care. It is not noticeable from the exterior.
