Fine quality ancient bronze Luristan clothing pin with an integral attachment loop which terminates in a squared forepart each side incised with the hatched herringbone pattern. Very nice dark green patina. Complete as shown in the photos. Wonderful 3,000 year old Iron Age artifact from "Luristan" which is a rural region generally associated with the plains on either side of the Zagros Mountains. Provenance: Ex-New England Collection.
