She has published numerous articles and book chapters on Spanish film and Hispanic literature, and is the author of books on the Franco Regime poet Ángela Figuera Aymerich and on the Spanish director Julio Medem.Breixo Viejo is Senior Research Associate in the School of European Languages, Culture and Society at University College London, UK.
