Description: Orfeo – IM 602, produced in Uruguay, with no date of production but looks to be 1960s, maybe early 1970s. There is an ink notation that looks like a gift inscription on the Side 1 label that is dated 1974. The jacket is very thin cardboard/paper ed front and back in plastic, and the LP is stored between the inner plastic; there is no inner sleeve. There is a bargain bin hole punch lower right hand corner of front cover. The LP LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with a faint scratch or scuff seen over clean vinyl, I'll grade VG++. Here is the back cover liner notes, translated compliments of Google: "Jorge Mistral was born in Valencia, Spain; In whose conservatory he began his artistic career, to later dedicate himself to theater cultivating the classical genre. The cinema snatches away this great artist with its economic power and his films travel the entire world, without for this reason he does not feel the restlessness of the tablados, proof of this are his presentations in various theaters in Mexico, Buenos Aires, Madrid, etc. On this occasion we present a hitherto unknown Jorge Mistral: the reciter, whose artistic maturity has achieved in this album a great interpretation of the most outstanding poets such as: Amado Nervo, Rafael de León, Esponceda y Delgado, Pablo Neruda, Paul Yeraldy, J. Carlos de Luna and Federico Garcia Lorca.
