Worn edges with a number of wrinkles – 3 tears on the right, up to 1”, through both pages. Worn/rounded corners – semi-severe 2” diagonal crease top right. Surfaces are only mildly scuffed – touch of foxing on the back. There are a few horizontal wrinkles that are not severe but they are connected to some of the tears. Inner Pages: No markings – the music is clean throughout. Good color. Spine: 92% intact – 1 ¼” separation at the bottom and fragile in the middle including a couple of small horizontal tears. Repairs: None. Rating Scale from 1 to 10 (7 = average for a sheet’s age): I'd rate it a 6+. Not terrible for its age but definitely below average and may not be ideal for serious collectors.
