Description: Found packed away in a box of my Grandmother's belongingsShe was from Germany and passed away in 1982 at 87 years old - These may be her childhood decorations or some she had as a young woman - I'm just am not familiar with old Christmas decor - but in looking at other auctions it seems these are likely to be early 1900's nativity animals.They are either Paper Mache or Composition Lot of 2 - a cow and a rooster or chicken. I'm listing more of her decorations so be sure to take a peek. Some really large ones look from the Victorian era They need cleaned. In used as found/as is condition with some minor chipping & paint loss and the cow may have had horns at one time? It has little brown nubs above his ears and I can't tell if they were horns that were broken off or if they were just nubs ... Please view the pictures as they are a large part of the description.
