The University of Pennsylvania was later built on this location. Condition is good to very good overall; see photos for details. There is a photo of the "Esplanade" which is a bit faded and an interior photo of an auditorium which is a bit blurry.Each photo measures 4 3/4 inches by 3 3/4 inches.
