They all have “1996 IJL CREA. And 1996 LBEI” stamped on the bottom of the foot except the horse. I don’t think it belongs to this set but I got it with the figures. They are made by Play’em Toys. Included in this set are Grillo, Mantose, Master Chung, Mosely, Willy Beest and one other. They are in very good to excellent used condition with no accessories, only the figures. Unless otherwise noted in the comments, any imperfections you may notice are from the camera and not the item itself.
