Description: This is a great lot of four antique photographs of sisters from the Smith family and other young women in Alabama in the early 20th century. Each measures 4 1/2" by 2 3/4" and all are marked on the back: two read "Florence Amelia Smith Nixon at House of Happiness?" and are stamped "Demopolis, AL," and two read "Anne Louise Smith Wedgworth" and are stamped "Birmingham, AL." They are in what we consider to be good to very good overall condition, with a small tear and a bend to one of the photos of Florence. We acquired this lot along with another Smith family ephemera lot that we are also offering here. Please consult the pictures carefully before buying, and feel free to e-mail us with any questions you may have. Be sure to check out our other listings for more great deals!
